Boningville, an undefined suburb, is about to face a scorching summer. Some people leave and some stay, some have fun and some slave away. Small-time hood Joe Piswater is obsessed by only one thing : changing his life for the better. Meanwhile, his best-friend Tony Pepperoni has chosen to make some dough during the vacation. He teams up with Zoran, local notorious big shot with who he takes out a big credit. Unwise decision. The debts pile up, troubles also.
The summer is only beginning…
